The projects that we work on relate to various impact areas, including circular economy, democracy, bio-based materials, future of food and mobility. RESEARCH
We carry out research on impact-related topics in social innovation, social businesses and circular economy, ranging from research on policy implications or thematic research to conducting potential analysis and scoping studies. Based on our findings, we formulate insights, contextual understanding and actionable recommendations .
FEASIBILITY STUDIES
We conduct feasibility studies to uncover the potentials and challenges for new impact areas and new markets. This includes in-depth ecosystem analysis through local and international stakeholder engagement and interviews. The findings and insights serve as a basis for the development of concrete social business and social innovation concepts and support their effective implementation.
IMPACT MEASUREMENT
By conducting impact measurement at the organisational level, program level or at project level, we help stakeholders to define clear impact goals, develop robust measurement frameworks and inform strategy development to scale social and environmental impact. Leveraging our expertise, we provide a mixed-method approach with quantitative and qualitative analyses, and context- and case-specific evaluations.

We develop and implement social innovation and social business solutions to make sure impactful ideas become reality.
Capacity Building & Education
In the field of education, we conceptualise and implement Living Labs as engaging spaces for an innovative learning experience. Emphasising on tangible solutions, our aim is to inform and inspire a diverse audience and to bring innovations to the spotlight. In the field of capacity building, we design and deliver workshops in topics related to our core pillars social innovation, circular economy and social business.
Multi Stakeholder Initiatives
We coordinate multi stakeholder initiatives by strengthening stakeholder engagement, guiding process coordination and supporting the formulation of roadmaps and action plans. We work with renowned organisations and international stakeholders on initiatives involving governments, companies, civil society and researchers from diverse backgrounds.
Impact Acceleration
Working with accelerator and incubator programs, we design and run masterclasses, workshops and coaching sessions on topics like impact measurement, business model design, impact pitching and mission drift. But we also work directly with impact organisations on implementing social and environmental solutions, from planning and piloting to on-the-ground implementation and evaluation.
