IAN CARDENAS - WORKING STUDENT
Ian is a curious learner who assists Studio Nima‘s projects by leveraging previous experiences in the fields of sustainability and entrepreneurship. From supporting research projects at the Chair for Circular Economy at TUM and collaborating on the development of sustainability strategies as a consulting intern, to helping student teams in their entrepreneurial journey at the TUM Venture Lab for Sustainability.
He is an economics undergraduate from Goethe University who is currently finishing his M.Sc. in Bioeconomy at TUM. Within his studies, Ian focused on the fundamentals of sustainable business models as the foundation of a new economic system. Currently, he is working on his thesis about the environmental and economic viability of thermochemical waste management technologies as an innovative business model to current practices.
