Impact Measurement -
Global Alliance for Social Entrepreneurship
We conducted an impact measurement assessment for the Global Alliance for Social Entrepreneurship, an initiative by the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship in partnership with the World Economic Forum. The Alliance is the largest multi-stakeholder coalition in support of the social innovation sector with members from the corporate, public and impact sector.
As part of the study, we explored perceptions of the effectiveness, coherence and efficiency of the activities of the Alliance based on interviews and surveys with its members in order to gain valuable insights for the next phase of the Alliance.
Our work included the co-design of semi-structured interviews and survey questions, and conducting stakeholder interviews with experts from companies, social businesses, NGOs, as well as multinational organizations.
The findings from the interviews and survey had been analyzed and insights from the qualitative & quantitative data were combined in order to derive an overall assessment and to develop initial recommendations for the future work of the Alliance.
